The “AnyCab Driver” app is operated by Dung Yat (東溢車行), a licensed Hong Kong taxi‑rental company. It is used only by our licensed taxi drivers to receive and manage bookings. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and your choices.
1. 我們處理哪些資料 · What we handle
司機登入資料：你的名字、電話號碼、車牌及登入密碼，用來登入及對應你的訂單。Your name, phone number, vehicle plate and login password, used to log in and match jobs to you.
申請證件相片：申請成為司機時上載的身份證、駕駛執照及的士司機證相片，只用來核實資格，只有車行負責人可以查看。Photos of your ID card, driving licence and taxi driver ID uploaded when you apply, used only to verify eligibility and visible only to the company owner.
接單期間的位置：你按「傳位置」或「我到咗」，或正在進行行程時，App 會讀取你的位置，讓乘客和調度知道車輛在哪裡。Location during a job: when you tap “share location” / “I have arrived”, or while a trip is in progress, the app reads your location so the passenger and dispatch can see where the car is.
訂單資料：上車、下車地點、時間、乘客電話和稱呼，顯示給你，方便你完成行程。Pickup, drop‑off, time, passenger phone & name, shown to you so you can complete the ride.
聊天訊息：你和乘客在 App 內互傳的訊息，以及你在司機支援的對話。Messages you exchange with the passenger inside the app, and your conversations with driver support.
錄音出單（選用）：只在你按下錄音掣時錄音；該段錄音會傳送到語音轉文字服務（Google Cloud）轉成文字，用來填寫訂單。我們不會儲存錄音。Voice order entry (optional): audio is recorded only while you press the record button, sent to a speech‑to‑text service (Google Cloud) to be turned into text for the order, and is not stored by us.
基本技術資料：維持 App 運作和安全所需的裝置 / 記錄資料，包括推送通知用的裝置識別碼及最近使用時間。Basic device / log data needed to run the app and keep it secure, including the device identifier used for push notifications and when the app was last used.
我們不會收集你的背景定位 / GPS。App 不會在你收工或沒有使用時追蹤你的位置。
We do not collect your background location / GPS. The app does not track you when you are off duty or not using it.
2. 為什麼要用 · Why we use it
只是為了派單、讓你可以聯絡乘客，以及管理你的行程。沒有其他用途。
Only to dispatch rides, let you contact the passenger, and manage your trips. Nothing else.
Only you, our dispatch team (Dung Yat), and the passenger you are matched with (they see their assigned‑driver details). We do not sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties.
Data is stored securely with our cloud provider (Supabase). Payment: fares follow the meter and are paid by the passenger directly to the driver, the app does not collect card or bank details.
5. 保留多久 · Retention
只會保留營運和紀錄所需的時間，之後刪除或匿名化。
Kept only as long as needed for operations and records, then deleted or anonymised.
